Our Pie & Mash pick-up at the farm every Sunday gives guests a taste of London right here in Michigan. This hearty, age-old comfort food features a savory handmade pie with mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies and Chef Kieron’s creamy and indulgent Devon Fudge, a recipe from his hometown.
We also offer weekly food pick-up every Thursday at Zingerman's Mail Order in Ann Arbor. Stock up your freezer with soups, sauces, and family-style meals! Menus change weekly.
About our chef
A world-class chef whose career began in England at the age of 13 when he was accepted into the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Chef Kieron has traveled the globe having lived and cooked in 27 different countries. His posts have included the three star Paul Bocuse in France and Dal Pescatore in Italy, as well as cooking for the British Royal family and three U.S. Presidents.
