In order to follow the orders from The State of Michigan, MIOSHA and the Washtenaw County Health Department, we have new protocol in place for Thanksgiving pick-ups! These measures are meant to keep you and our staff healthy and safe.
We are limiting the number of people allowed inside the Red Barn at a time. Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you call (734) 619-8100 and stay in your vehicle and until a staff member gives you the "okay".
Please wear your mask when you arrive to pick up your order. If you arrive without a mask, one will be provided. All Cornman Farms staff will be wearing masks as part of their uniforms and some positions will also be wearing gloves as an additional safety measure.
To ensure the safety of our guests and staff members, we continue to rigorously follow and exceed Food Safety Laws to ensure we have a clean and safe environment and kitchen. For example:

We regularly sanitize all staff areas.
We are safety trained and our executive chef is a Servsafe certified food safety manager.

We have heightened our protocol on all sanitation efforts, and will have ongoing education with our staff on the preventative measures being continuously updated by the CDC regarding food, food handling and safety. Every employee takes a COVID-19 risk assessment before beginning work.
Staff members who are working wear masks and gloves, and work at stations 6 feet apart from one another.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the property with antibacterial and antimicrobial solutions.
