Luck of the Irish Cocktail Class

Join us Friday, March 17th (which just so happens to be St. Patrick's Day), at the farm for a favorite seasonal cocktail class featuring classic Irish ingredients. Throughout the two and a half hour class, guests will learn to make, and then enjoy, three original craft cocktails, while learning about the history of Irish whisky, Guinness, and the legend of St. Patrick. The first part of the class will be held upstairs in the barn where guests will also enjoy light fare prepared by Cornman Farm’s own talented chefs. After we’ve made our last cocktail, we’ll adjourn to the lower level of the barn for dessert, coffee, and a chance to interact individually with your host, Beth Vandergrift. Guests will end the evening with recipes for the featured cocktails, the knowledge to recreate them at home, and a few stories to share with beverage cocktail enthusiasts. Sláinte!
