Lemon Curd Gelato
Using lemon curd from Zingerman’s Bakehouse, this gelato has a velvety custard texture and sweet lemon zip. So springy!
Locally grown sun-ripened red raspberries are macerated and folded into this refreshing sorbet. This is the perfect combination of fruity sweetness and tang.
