Born in Quito, Ecuador, and now making waves in Kentucky’s Bluegrass country, Chef Paula brings her bold, heartfelt cooking to the farm for a night that blends ancestral flavors with modern flair. A James Beard Foundation alum and fierce advocate for sustainable, community-driven food systems, Paula’s food tells a story—of heritage, resilience, and joy.

This vibrant multi-course dinner will highlight traditional Ecuadorian ingredients reimagined with Paula’s signature creativity: from crisp green plantains and spiced corn husk beef stew to sweet plantains, fresh walleye in coconut, and housemade sauces that heat and hum.

This intimate dinner is a celebration of culture, craftsmanship, and culinary connection—guided by two chefs (Chef Paula and our own Chef Kieron Hales) who believe that food is the most personal art form there is.

Tickets include beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
