Cornman Farms Sparkling Wine
Personally chosen by managing partner Tabitha Mason, our sparkling wine is 75% Chardonnay, 25% Verdelho, and our sparkling rosé is 74% Chardonnay, 24% Verdelho, 2% Alicante Bouschet, all from the Lodi Appellation, a federally designated American Viticulture Area recognized for the distinctive quality of its wines.
Located directly east of San Francisco at the edge of the Sacramento River Delta, the Lodi appellation is noted for its classic Mediterranean climate and its distinctive sandy soils that provide the perfect environment for the production of world-class wines. Made in the Méthode Champenoise, or traditional method, our wines age for at least 6 months before we serve them.
Our brut sparkling wine presents a nose of green apple with a hint of grapefruit and lemon. The palate delivers an elegant zest of fuji apple and citrus, leading to a crisp, acidic finish.
Our sparkling rosé has aromas of tart cherry, raspberry, nectarine, and pomegranate. The red fruit notes carry onto the palate, which is fruit forward, crisp, and lively, with bright acidity and a lingering finish.
