Inspired by the homeland of our owner and chef, Zingerman's Cornman Farms transforms its Farmhouse into a traditional English Pie & Mash Shop every Wednesday in March!
This hearty, age-old comfort food features savory handmade pies served with mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies and Chef Kieron’s creamy and indulgent Devon Fudge—a recipe from his hometown.

Change up your routine with a cooking class from Chef Kieron, plan a family activity with our kids classes, or learn a new craft at our partner workshops! We will continue to release new classes now through March 2021.
About our chef
Much like the kitchen is the heart of any home, ours is the heart and soul of Cornman Farms. The maestro of our kitchen is our Founder and Executive Chef, Kieron Hales.
A world-class chef whose career began in England at the age of 13 when he was accepted into the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Chef Kieron has traveled the globe having lived and cooked in 27 different countries. His posts have included the three star Paul Bocuse in France and Dal Pescatore in Italy, as well as cooking for the British Royal family and three U.S. Presidents.
