Westphalian Pfefferpotthast aka German Beef Pie
A British classic, crispy pastry crust holds in a mixture of slowly braised beef with pepper, clove and bay leaf. Finished with capers and cornichons.
You don't have to be able to pronounce it in order to be able to enjoy it!
Parsley Liquor Sauce
This traditional sauce, served with each pie, is made with chicken stock, parsley and garlic.
Mashed Potatoes
A simple and delicious recipe: potatoes, lots of butter and salt and pepper.
Minted Peas
Sweet garden peas crushed with butter and seasoned simply with salt and pepper

Contains dairy, wheat and eggs.
Does not contain shellfish, soybeans, peanuts or tree nuts.
