Based on Chef Kieron's time in India, this special pie features curry made from chicken and cauliflower in a spiced tomato and butter (makhan) sauce
Parsley Liquor Sauce
This traditional sauce, served with each pie, is made with chicken stock, parsley and garlic.
Mashed Potatoes
A simple and delicious recipe: potatoes, lots of butter and salt and pepper.
Fennel-fried Broccoli
Fresh broccoli, flash fried and tossed in house-made fennel salt

Chef Kieron's traditional recipe.
Contains dairy, wheat and eggs.
Does not contain shellfish, soybeans, peanuts or tree nuts.
