
April 6: Zingerman's Bakehouse Nina’s Noli’s Cookies
Named after a longtime Bakehouse employee & recipe tester extraordinaire, Nina Plasencia. These classic Italian pine nut cookies are made with ground almonds and hazelnuts, some great butter, a touch of honey, garnished with pine nuts. It just so happens they are naturally gluten free and a nice additional option for Passover.
